Key Responsibilities- Operations Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure timely restocking.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Suppliers and Partnerships: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure the best possible prices and quality.
- Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
- Security and Safety: Basic security clearance.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
