Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Cebuchon BBQ II Inc. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire food service staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on a regular basis
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Basic security clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
