Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Recruiting For Less. As a key member of our technical operations team, you will play a critical role in supporting the order to fulfilment process, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Coordination: Coordinate with various departments, including sales, engineering, operations, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  2. Project Planning: Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, to ensure successful project delivery.
  3. Scheduling and Factory Loading: Assist in scheduling and factory loading discussions to optimize production efficiency.
  4. Project Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure project objectives are met.
  5. Quality and Delivery: Ensure that all project objectives are met, including quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget constraints.
  6. Reporting and Analytics: Support reporting on variances on standard production costs/budget cost and provide KPI reporting to stakeholders.
  7. Client Management: Liaise with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
  8. Project Status Reporting: Prepare regular project status reports for the management team.
  9. Compliance and Governance: Follow all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to Global Code of Business Principles, Code of Ethics and Business Conduct, Operational Framework.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  2. Experience: 2+ years project coordination experience.
  3. Technical Skills: Expertise in project management, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
  4. Communication and Collaboration: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various departments.
  5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Project Management Tools: Experience with project management tools and software.
  7. Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the liquid foods market and Fruit Juice industry is a plus.
  8. Process Equipment Knowledge: Knowledge of process equipment of Refrigeration equipment is a plus.
  9. Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills.
