Key Responsibilities:- Strategize, implement, and finalize various Audit and Review assignments
- Oversee the engagement process and maintain effective communication with team members and clients
- Guide and develop team members while monitoring engagement progress
- Evaluate financial data and offer insights to clients
- Review tax filings and financial reports
- Foster strong client relationships
- Recognize opportunities for service enhancement and collaboration
- Create and lead training sessions for team members
- Engage in firm-wide activities and initiatives
- At least 4 years of Audit experience in a professional services environment
- Expertise in financial reporting standards such as ASPE and ASNPO
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with accounting software is advantageous
