Senior Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Advisory Consultant to join our regional Advisory team at Mott MacDonald. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of strategic advisory services and project management roles for both public sector and private sector mandates.
Key Responsibilities- Support public sector authorities with strategic advice for the procurement and capital expenditure of their infrastructure programs and projects.
- Develop procurement documentation, including alternative forms of procurement such as P3s, CMGCs, and PDBs.
- Support a range of projects with structured decision-making and options assessment/appraisal mandates.
- Develop climate resilience and adaptation strategies, assessments, and implementation plans for clients.
- Manage projects, including budgets and reporting.
- Support risk management for both internal and external mandates.
- Prepare proposals and support internal project management.
- A post-secondary degree with 10+ years of career experience related to the development of technical procurement documentation, engineering, and/or infrastructure development.
- Experience and knowledge of the construction industry / built environment.
- Familiarity and proficiency with project management processes.
- Experience with projects in multiple sectors (e.g. Built environment, Transportation, Water, Energy etc.).
- Knowledge and experience of risk identification, management, and mitigation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of leading and working within a team.
- Excellent written and presentation skills.
