Job Title: Travel Paramedic

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Paramedic to join our team. As a Travel Paramedic, you will have the opportunity to work in various remote and isolated communities in Northern Canada, providing high-quality paramedic services and health guidance to individuals, families, and groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide paramedic services and health guidance to individuals, families, and groups in remote and isolated communities
  • Work closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) to provide care to community members
  • Participate in medevacs and medical evacuations as required
  • Assist with administrative duties associated with daily operations at the Location of Work
  • Perform work as per the scope of practice of the applicable provincial regulatory body

Requirements:

  • Valid registration/licensure with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
  • Malpractice insurance through the College of Paramedics of Manitoba
  • At least 1,950 Regular Working hours of experience accumulated in the past two years
  • Hold a clean and valid Class 4 Driver's License
  • Willingness to obtain a Reliability Status level security clearance
