Job Title: Travel Paramedic

Job Summary:

Bayshore HealthCare is seeking an experienced Advanced Care Paramedic to join our Northern Paramedic program. As a Travel Paramedic, you will provide high-quality paramedic services and health guidance to individuals, families, and groups in Northern Communities of Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide paramedic services and health guidance to individuals, families, and groups in Northern Communities of Canada.
• Work closely with diverse Indigenous communities (First Nations, Inuit, and Métis) providing care to community members in Canada's remote Northern communities of Manitoba, and Ontario.
• Perform Work as per the scope of practice of the applicable provincial regulatory body.
• Have the willingness and ability to travel in small aircraft, off-road vehicles, snowmobiles, and other similar modes of transportation, including small watercraft, in varied weather conditions, to communities in Remote, Semi-Isolated and Isolated areas.
• Relocate to Locations of Work defined in the above locations.

Requirements:

• Valid registration/licensure with no restrictions with the College of Paramedics of Manitoba.
• Malpractice insurance through the College of Paramedics of Manitoba.
• At least 1,950 Regular Working hours of experience accumulated in the past two years.
• Hold a clean and valid Class 4 Driver's License.
• Willing to obtain a Reliability Status level security clearance.
