Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Advise customers on our vehicle parts and accessories, providing expert recommendations and solutions to meet their needs.
- Order Processing: Place orders and follow up with customers as needed to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings, including vehicle parts and accessories.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized service.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
- Education and Experience: Diploma in automotive parts sales and/or relevant experience in the automotive industry (asset).
We offer a competitive hourly rate, ranging from $20.25 to $27.55 per hour, depending on qualifications. Additionally, we provide a range of attractive benefits and corporate discounts, as well as training and development opportunities to support your career growth.
