About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Sales Representative to join our team at GroupEcho Canada inc. as an Internal Sales Rep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through strategic planning and execution.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in French and English.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and persuasion skills with prospects and ability to influence.
- Ability to achieve objectives and identify customer needs and objectives.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.
