Lead Retail Media Advertising

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail media advertising efforts. As a key member of our Media team, you will be responsible for planning, strategy, and execution of retail media campaigns for top clients, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Kroger.

Your expertise in retail media disciplines, such as search, display, and video, will be crucial in driving growth and revenue for our clients. You will work closely with our team to ensure strong performance against client goals and identify and resolve any client issues.

As a brand ambassador for Flywheel Digital, you will share market insights, train our team, and participate in business development, conferences, webinars, and client trainings. You will also contribute to hiring, team structuring, and account resourcing decisions.

We are looking for a leader with 8+ years of experience in retail media, team leadership, and training experience. You should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as deep experience and familiarity across retail media platforms and networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead retail media advertising activities for clients
  • Plan and execute retail media campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Contribute to team leadership and training
  • Participate in business development and conferences

Requirements:
