Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and Instruct Apprentices: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians to ensure they develop the necessary skills to perform maintenance tasks.
  • Detect and Troubleshoot Irregularities: Utilize technical expertise to identify and resolve equipment malfunctions, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
