We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team in Brampton, ON. As a key member of our Heavy Equipment Division, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair equipment from various channels, including equipment destined for sale to end users
  • Perform preventive maintenance and generate work orders as needed
  • Document all service and repair information accurately
  • Order and receive parts, as well as manage purchase orders
  • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Maintain a clean and organized shop and working area
  • Work on various construction equipment and aerial work platforms, including gas and diesel engines
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience, preferably working on a variety of construction equipment
  • A valid 421A license is considered an asset, but not required
  • Must have own tools and strong diagnostic ability, as well as the ability to read schematics
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently
  • A valid driver's license and driver's abstract in good standing
  • Willingness to work overtime as required
