- Repairs and Maintenance: Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems, and contact tradespersons for major repairs.
- Contractor Coordination: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
- Appliance Repair: Perform minor repairs on appliances.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair.
- Bathroom Cleaning: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
- Work Environment: Work with minimal supervision and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Weather Conditions: Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as required.
- Heavy Loads: Handle heavy loads as part of the job requirements.
- Physical Demands: The role requires physical demands, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
