Maintenance Worker - Building

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Rosdev Management Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and clean hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for major repairs and maintenance
  • Supervise other workers and ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and lifting
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
