Job Title: Junior Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at La Vie en Rose. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Train and develop your team members to provide exceptional customer service and sales support
  • Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
  • Monitor and analyze sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage team members' absences and lateness, and provide coaching and feedback to improve performance
Requirements:
  • Previous team management experience in a retail environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Functional bilingualism (an asset)
