About the Role

DMC Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architectural Technologist to join a leading architectural firm in Toronto. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in drafting, modeling, and detailing using Revit, with a strong background in large project teams and shared Revit models.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in Design Development (DD) and Construction Documentation (CD) phases of large-scale projects
* Utilize Revit for drafting, modeling, and detailing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications
* Collaborate with large project teams, effectively managing shared Revit models
* Produce high-quality architectural drawings, demonstrating attention to detail and precision
* Work on a long-term hospital project in Ontario, contributing to the overall success of the project

Qualifications

* A minimum of 8 years of experience
* Proficiency in Revit with strong skills in drafting, modeling, and detailing
* Experience working on large projects, particularly in a team environment using shared Revit models
* P3 (Public-Private Partnership) experience is an asset but not required
* Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, showcasing commitment and reliability
* Ability to produce excellent quality drawings—candidates must be prepared to provide samples prior to interviews
* A team player with a positive attitude, easy to work with, and capable of taking direction well
