A top architecture firm is seeking a skilled Revit Senior Architectural Technologist or Senior Architectural Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working on complex multi-unit residential mid to high rise projects, with a strong portfolio of mixed-use residential projects created using Revit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create full working drawing packages, construction documents, and plans.
  • Experience in creating and submitting permit applications.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Strong Revit skills and experience working with building codes in Canada.
  • Ability to work efficiently and produce high-quality working drawings.
  • Experience working with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office is an asset.

Requirements:
  • Architectural Technology Diploma or related Architecture education from a recognized institution.
  • 7+ years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Designer.
  • Currently living in Canada and 5+ years of experience working with building codes in Canada.
  • Revit portfolio of multi-family, high rise, mixed use, or large commercial experience, demonstrating design excellence.
