Your Role
As the Vice President of Brand and Content Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the belairdirect brand and expanding its market presence across Canada. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead the strategic planning and implementation of comprehensive marketing and digital initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, optimizing marketing efforts, and driving sales through both digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate the brand vision for belairdirect, collaborating with team members and stakeholders to execute a long-term strategy that captivates Canadian audiences and fosters brand loyalty.
- Drive the revenue marketing strategy in Canada, ensuring alignment of all cross-functional activities with overarching marketing objectives to achieve revenue growth.
- Oversee customer acquisition channels, working closely with the extended marketing team and cross-functional partners in Sales and Relationship Management to implement effective revenue growth strategies.
- Create and manage innovative marketing programs that enhance lead generation and elevate brand awareness, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across the organization.
