Realizarás tareas contables necesarias para respaldar la función financiera en la facturación, las facturas de proyectos y el apoyo a proyectos. Trabajando bajo supervisión, llevarás a cabo el alcance completo del soporte financiero para los gerentes operativos, y tu gerente revisará y/o verificará ocasionalmente la configuración de proyectos, la entrada de datos y las decisiones.

Reportarás directamente al Líder de Contabilidad de Proyectos y aportarás de 3 a 5 años de experiencia en un rol similar con entrada de datos de alto volumen.

Esta posición temporal en la oficina se llevará a cabo en nuestras instalaciones.

¿Qué estarás haciendo?

Asegurar que el tiempo de todos los empleados y proveedores de servicios directos se ingrese diariamente según el contrato del cliente. Ayudar con el procesamiento de cuentas por pagar, incluyendo: Procesamiento de cuentas por pagar tanto facturables como no facturables. Procesamiento de gastos de empleados. Apoyar la comunicación continua con empleados consultores y gerentes de proyectos respecto al reconocimiento de ingresos y la gestión del trabajo en progreso. Producir facturas preliminares y finales; ayudar a los empleados consultores con los estados/informes acompañantes según lo solicitado por nuestros clientes. Recibir y registrar facturas, formularios, registros y otros documentos para la captura de datos. Revisar entradas de nómina, identificar áreas de preocupación y notificar al Supervisor. Ayudar a mantener documentación precisa para cargar a los clientes. Completar todas las tareas de facturación asociadas con mano de obra, equipos y materiales. Asegurar que se cumplan todos los requisitos de facturación del cliente e ingresar programas basados en clientes. Crear y monitorear tickets de campo y Material de Mano de Obra y Equipos (LEM). Actualizar todos los rastreadores de costos con información de tickets de campo y facturación. Experiencia ingresando datos en bases de datos computarizadas, hojas de cálculo u otro software.

Tener más de 3 años de experiencia en una posición de administración financiera. Tener una actitud positiva, excelente ética laboral, capacidad para realizar múltiples tareas y habilidades para resolver problemas. Fuertes habilidades de entrada de datos de alto volumen. Buenas habilidades organizativas, aguda atención al detalle y la capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas mientras se cumplen los plazos. Capacidad para comunicarse y colaborar de manera efectiva con diversas personas y funciones laborales. Nivel intermedio de habilidad con Microsoft Excel. Se prefiere un certificado o diploma en un campo relacionado. Dominio del inglés, tanto en comunicación escrita como verbal.
