Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitating payout processes and associated documentation, including PPSA amendments, cash management, and funding.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to clients and business associates.
  • Overseeing inventory and assets while collaborating with various departments as necessary.
  • Handling contract repurchases from funding sources and securitization partners.
  • Tracking PPR expiration reports and rectifying any discrepancies.
  • Managing all rental transactions effectively.
  • Administering contract terminations, early payouts, and payoffs, while monitoring contract maturity dates.
  • Providing the Finance department with comprehensive transaction details for all audited and funded transactions.
  • Executing contract modifications and terminations along with related administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with month-end functions and reconciliations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Lease/Loan Administration or Customer Service within the financial sector.
  • Post-secondary education in Finance or Business Administration is advantageous.
  • In-depth knowledge of jurisdictional PPSA registration systems is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contract law is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and precise.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Capable of prioritizing a demanding workload.
