About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Banking Specialist to join our dynamic team at TD Bank. As a Mobile Mortgage Sales Professional, you will play a key role in acquiring new mortgage and home equity line of credit business, contributing to the volume, profits, and market share of TD's Real Estate Secured Lending.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire new mortgage and home equity line of credit business through sales and business development activities
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Mobile Mortgage Specialist in all areas of credit administration, processing assigned work volumes in an accurate and efficient manner
  • Support the Specialist and business timeline commitments
  • Work closely with the Manager, MMS Assistants to ensure seamless execution of business objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage/credit lending
  • Superior computer/technology skills, with proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with excellent time-management skills and ability to meet/exceed timelines and SLA expectations
  • Excellent customer service skills, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Proficiency in a language other than French (English) is required to support or deal with customers who require services and support in a language other than French
