As an Administrative Assistant in the Customer Service department, reporting directly to the shopping center manager, your primary responsibility will be to assist in various administrative functions that support daily operations, financial management, and customer relations for the site. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a positive experience for our clients, tenants, and retail partners.

  • Proactively deliver outstanding customer service
  • Respond to phone inquiries with professionalism and redirect as necessary
  • Manage communications with tenants effectively
  • Assist in coordinating logistics for tenant move-ins and move-outs
  • Support marketing initiatives, including loyalty programs
  • Oversee the maintenance tracking system
  • Update and maintain contact information for tenants and vendors
  • Occasionally provide assistance at the information desk
  • Manage the rental process for community kiosks
  • Handle petty cash transactions and bank deposits
  • Collaborate with various teams within Galeries Rive Nord
  • Assist in restocking office supplies
  • Participate in the planning of events
  • Perform additional related duties as required

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Possesses a vocational diploma or relevant experience in a similar position
  • Fluent in French (both spoken and written) with a working knowledge of English preferred
  • Recognized for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Skilled in using computer applications (MS Office), content management systems, and social media
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Exhibits a positive demeanor and professional conduct
  • Demonstrates independence, dependability, and effective teamwork skills
