Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and Repair: Deliver, install, and repair custom mobility equipment, including manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs, and elevating equipment such as stairlifts, ceiling lifts, and vertical platform lifts.
- Deliver a Motion Customer Experience: Build trusting relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and that we meet our objective to make life accessible.
- Be Flexible and Mobile: Travel to clients' homes and facilities to provide exceptional service.
- Technical Skills: Previous experience in a customer service role, exposure to diagnostic tools, electronic equipment, and mechanical repairs.
- Empathy: Provide our clients with the best Motion customer experience by navigating any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a clean criminal background check.
