About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Heritage Service Group Canada. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing commercial cooking equipment, commercial gas, steam, and electric food equipment. This includes coffee machines, toasters, slicers, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi-ovens.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot commercial food equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Requirements:
- Education in appliance service or a related field is preferred
- Gasfitter certification preferred or willingness to learn during training
- Experience diagnosing and trouble-shooting commercial food equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Valid driver's license with a relatively clean driving record
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven
