Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Canadian Tire Associate Store # 0365. As an Automotive Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles, ensuring they are safe and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Perform scheduled maintenance service, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including engine, electrical, and transmission problems
  • Work with a variety of tools and equipment, including lifts, diagnostic scanners, and welding machines
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Physical stamina to lift heavy tools and equipment
