Key Responsibilities:- Inventory Management: Oversee the incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation, proper storage, and organization of the inventory.
- Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and the lot is well-maintained at all times.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any damages or issues to the appropriate department.
- Coordination: Collaborate with sales and service departments to coordinate the movement of vehicles as per customer requirements and dealership needs.
- Customer Service: Assist customers when needed, providing information about the vehicles and guiding them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to the lot and vehicle storage.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and their features.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive Manual Transmission.
