At AUTOLOANSERVICES, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and organization of our vehicle inventory, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the incoming and outgoing vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation, proper storage, and organization of the inventory.
  • Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and the lot is well-maintained at all times.
  • Vehicle Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet quality standards, reporting any damages or issues to the appropriate department.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with sales and service departments to coordinate the movement of vehicles as per customer requirements and dealership needs.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers when needed, providing information about the vehicles and guiding them to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to the lot and vehicle storage.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of vehicles and their features.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to drive Manual Transmission.
