Automotive Inventory Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Lot Attendant to oversee the efficient operation of our vehicle inventory at AutoLoanServices.ca.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate documentation, proper storage, and organization of the inventory, including incoming and outgoing vehicles.
- Lot Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked and the lot is well-maintained at all times.
- Vehicle Inspections: Conduct regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet quality standards and report any damages or issues to the appropriate department.
- Vehicle Detailing: Assist the Main Detailer with detailing vehicles as required.
- Coordination: Collaborate with sales and service departments to coordinate vehicle movement as per customer requirements and dealership needs.
- Customer Service: Provide information about vehicles and guide customers to the appropriate department for further assistance.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with dealership policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements related to the lot and vehicle storage.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and their features.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Must be able to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
