Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our automotive parts store in Yonge Street. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing store operations, and leading a team of retail professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth through effective customer service, sales strategies, and team leadership.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement sales plans, promotions, and visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage store budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in the automotive parts industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, managing store operations, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and industry trends is an asset.
