Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative On Call Makeup Artist to join our team at MAC Cosmetics. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering a personalized in-store experience that educates and delights our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Combine your creative and technical expertise to provide a welcoming and inspirational in-store experience for our customers.
  • Work collaboratively with our high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and ensure that the store achieves our high standards of visual merchandising.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is an asset.
Requirements
  • While a qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, we welcome applicants with amateur level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of $16.85 to $28.30, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and budget.
