Restaurant Team Member

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our team at Boiling Point Group. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Table Setup and Maintenance: Set up tables in preparation for service, maintain a clean and organized dining area, and ensure all necessary items are available for customers.
- Food Preparation and Service: Assist with food preparation and service as needed, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer requests.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service, communicate effectively with colleagues and management, and maintain a positive and respectful team environment.
- Housekeeping and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including the dining area, restrooms, and kitchen, and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
- Previous Experience: 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment, preferably in a server or busser role.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment.
- Teamwork and Communication: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 10lbs frequently, and 50lbs occasionally, and work in a fast-paced environment.
