Position Overview

As a Personal Support Specialist at Adrian Grice, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide essential personal care and support in a compassionate and respectful manner.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Work is conducted in the comfort of the client's home.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bedside and personal care tailored to individual needs.
  • Assist clients with aquatic activities, including swimming.
  • Support clients with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Encourage and assist clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Provide assistance with meals, including feeding when necessary.
  • Plan and prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Ensure personal care needs are met effectively.
Certifications Required
  • CPR Certification.
