Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily cleaning schedule, ensuring all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repairs, or equipment replacement.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
Working Conditions:
