Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Super 8 By Wyndham Clifton Hill. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Inspect hotel facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
