About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve maintenance-related issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS)
