Job Title: Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team at Symphony Hill Projects Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and adjustments to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems in our commercial building.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, painting, and drywall repair
  • Make adjustments and minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact tradespersons for major repairs and contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of independence
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Dependability, flexibility, initiative, and reliability
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a commercial building environment with a physically demanding role that requires bending, crouching, and kneeling. The work schedule will be 40 hours per week.

The primary language of work is English.
