Senior Mechanical Systems Integration Engineer

As a Senior Mechanical Systems Integration Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards.
Key Responsibilities- Define technical requirements and participate in supplier strategies for new systems.
- Collaborate with different internal parties (Operations, Projects, Programs, Procurement, Technical, etc.) Negotiate interfaces with other systems/structures and formalize the agreement on Interface Control Drawings (ICD).
- Lead technical meetings with suppliers and be responsible for the delivery of quality engineering documentation that meets Bombardier Standards.
- Chair design reviews and master regulatory and industry requirements.
- Ensure system components meet technical and certification requirements.
- Act as a technical leader and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your larger team.
You have a college or University mechanical or aerospace engineering degree or equivalent with more than ten (10) years of relevant experience. You have relevant technical business aircraft interiors experience; knowledge of Global Aircrafts and Mechanical Systems Integration is an asset. You have solid experience working with Enovia/Catia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.); you understand product structure and aircraft certification. You have the ability to understand complex engineering issues and are innovative in problem solving. You are well organized and project-oriented. You have good communication skills including good English writing skills, as well as good English and French verbal skills.
