About the Role

As an Assistant Studio Manager, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging experience for our members. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of the studio, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Member Experience: Greet members with enthusiasm and knowledge, present the OTF concept to interested consumers, and work at the front desk to answer phones and respond to member inquiries.
  • Studio Operations: Generate traffic and leads, give studio tours, work with trainers to guide new members through their first workout, and sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in marketing events, ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized, and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Studio Manager to achieve goals, balance strengths, and set targets for success.
