Join Our Team as a Boutique Fitness Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boutique Fitness Team Lead to join our team at Altea Active. As a key member of our fitness team, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes, motivating participants, and overseeing boutique fitness operations to ensure a welcoming and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead fitness classes and motivate participants to achieve their fitness goals
  • Oversee boutique fitness operations, including inventory management and equipment maintenance
  • Assist the Studio Fitness Manager with scheduling, sub requests, and entering changes in software
  • Craft and propose new concepts to build and engage the studio fitness community
  • Engage with the online audience by responding to comments and viewer feedback
  • Ensure the safety of team members, members, and guests within the area
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in the health and fitness industry or recreation management
  • Certification in group fitness or training relevant to their classes
  • At least 1+ years in a leadership role
  • At least 2+ years of experience instructing studio fitness classes and managing programs with diverse populations
  • Tech-savvy with well-honed marketing and social media abilities
