In this role, you will support the Chief Information Officer and report directly to the Director of Strategy and Partnerships, playing a crucial part in defining the digital trajectory for both the university and its IT Services division.

As a key advisor, you will engage with senior stakeholders throughout the institution to discern their operational requirements and outline the initiatives that will most effectively support them.

Your approach will leverage technology, innovation, and excellence.


Leading the Business Relationship Management team, you will drive initiatives to refine and elevate our existing practices, ensuring strong partnerships within the university community.

Your expertise will be vital in advancing Queen's digital governance, establishing benchmarks for effective and secure IT solutions.

Collaborating with essential partners such as the Delivery Management Office and the Enterprise Architect within the Strategy and Partnership directorate, you will cultivate a culture of teamwork and success.
