Job Title: Spa Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team at Village Vacances Valcartier. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the VVV brand and ensure the satisfaction of our guests
  • Accommodate, inform, direct, and respond to guests
  • Provide guests with necessary items for their visit
  • Offer guests various products and services
  • Process sales of access, packages, or treatments using the cash register
  • Prepare and process cash deposits
  • Create and manage schedules for massage therapists and estheticians
  • Coordinate massages and treatments
  • Receive and forward guest requests and complaints to the supervisor
  • Prepare, modify, complete, and classify guest files
  • Maintain the cleanliness and safety of your workspace
  • Report any anomalies to your immediate supervisor
Requirements:
  • Diploma of secondary studies
  • More than 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service
  • Knowledge of the Office suite
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French
