About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to lead our business relationship with customers in Saskatchewan. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and supporting our crop protection and seed distribution services, as well as establishing and maintaining business relationships with key manufacturer partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and Support Services: Develop and execute business plans to promote and support our crop protection and seed distribution services to customers in Saskatchewan.
  • Business Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key manufacturer partners to ensure seamless delivery of our services.
  • Territory Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to increase sales and revenue in Saskatchewan.
  • Customer Events and Initiatives: Support and participate in customer events and initiatives to build strong relationships and promote our services.
  • Account Reconciliation and Inventory Management: Manage account reconciliation and inventory management to ensure accurate and timely delivery of our services.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Agriculture or equivalent post-secondary education with a minimum 5 years related experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven time management, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong agriculture industry knowledge, specifically of Western Canadian crop production.
  • Travel Requirements: Valid class 5 driver's license and the ability to travel.
