We are seeking a highly skilled In-House Legal Counsel to join our expanding team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert legal guidance and support to our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to senior management and departments
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance
  • Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
Requirements:
  • JD or LLB degree from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in in-house legal counsel or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
