Position Overview: The Retail Inventory Coordinator plays a vital role in contributing to the success of the organization through daily operational tasks related to inventory management and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing in-store operations, including customer inquiries regarding E-Scooters and related merchandise.
  • Provide essential product knowledge and training to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about their choices.
  • Conduct product comparisons to aid customers in making informed decisions.
  • Independently oversee daily store functions as a key holder.
  • Develop and execute effective strategies to enhance customer engagement, boost store traffic, and optimize profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies while managing store administration.
  • Maintain a visually appealing store environment that meets merchandising standards.
  • Generate creative ideas to increase market presence and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, including complaints and feedback.
  • Uphold the store's image to align with the company's branding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
  • Demonstrate products and offer basic operational training to customers.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by store operations.

Qualifications:

  • Preference for candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Full-time availability and readiness to start promptly.
