We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the guest experience at the table, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of orders and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the experience.
  • Mix and serve cocktails and drinks to our guests.
  • Ensure our guests have an excellent experience from start to finish.
  • Dedicated to serving perfect drinks and building relationships at the bar.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a thriving workplace culture.
  • Handle payments and anticipate guest expectations by offering promotions and utilizing bar and food knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Casual dining and bartending experience: 1 year (required).
  • Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent (required).
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Ability to follow cocktail recipes accurately.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Benefits:
