Job Summary

NHB Ball & Roller Products is seeking a skilled Non-Destructive Test Technician to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for conducting non-destructive tests to ensure the quality and integrity of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Non-Destructive Tests: Utilize various non-destructive testing methods, including electromagnetic eddy current testing, to inspect and evaluate the quality of our products.
  • Interpret Test Results: Accurately interpret test results and provide detailed reports to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Set Up and Operate Equipment: Set up, calibrate, and operate non-destructive testing equipment, including magnetic particle, eddy current, liquid penetrant, acoustic emission, and infrared thermographic equipment.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality and integrity in our products.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless integration of non-destructive testing into our manufacturing process.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, attention to detail, and hand-eye coordination.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, reliability, and ability to work in a team environment.
