We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at Commercial Building Cleaning. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Priorities
Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Administer Policies and ProceduresAdminister policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Coordinate Office ServicesCoordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Assist with BudgetingAssist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Resolve Conflict SituationsResolve conflict situations in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee Payroll AdministrationOversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
SupervisionYou will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities- Fast-Paced Environment
You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to work under pressure.
Attention to DetailYou must have strong attention to detail and be able to maintain accurate records.
Work TermThis is a permanent position.
Work LanguageThe primary language of work is English.
