Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-driven professional to join our team as a Program Manager, GFT. As a key member of our Global Functions Technology team, you will play a critical role in delivering complex projects for Compliance Trade Surveillance IT.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate Agile initiatives from initiation through release, ensuring alignment with RBC Agile/Scrum practices.
  • Accountable for the achievement of release objectives and results that meet LOB stakeholders' needs and expectations.
  • Track and manage risks to delivery and reporting financials for the Team.
  • Facilitate discussion leading to collective decision-making, goal setting, and conflict resolution within the team.
  • Remove impediments to delivery success through the proactive management of external dependencies and simple team problem-solving.
  • Accountable for creating and maintaining open communication within the scrum team to create a trusting and safe team environment.
  • Facilitating and engaging in business analysis, user experience, and technical conversations across platforms.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in project delivery with agile teams.
  • Experience in software development and/or project management and/or business (system) analysis or other relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with agile practices, including scrum/Kanban, agile ceremonies (standups, backlog refinement, team demos).
  • Experience delivering small to medium complex projects with agile teams.
  • Clear understanding of the various activities within a delivery project.
  • Experience scheduling activities across all delivery teams to deliver a common capability.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to articulate, measure, and solve issues.
