- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Record Keeping and Data Management
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare reports as required.
- Office Administration
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
- Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
- Team Support
- Provide support to team members, including training and development, and assist with projects and programs as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
- Work Environment
- Fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Physical Demands
- Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds.
