We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at TRI-GEN GROUP LTD. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to the team, including arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
    • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
    • Direct and control daily operations, including planning and organizing tasks, and evaluating their effectiveness.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, as well as respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information, and prepare reports as required.
  • Office Administration
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
    • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Team Support
    • Provide support to team members, including training and development, and assist with projects and programs as required.
    • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills

    • Proficient in MS Office and other administrative software.
