Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at TRI-GEN GROUP LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and daily operations. They will also be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement
  • Plan and organize daily tasks and projects
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with recruitment strategies and scheduling appointments
  • Manage training and development strategies and provide training to staff
  • Answer telephone and electronic inquiries and respond to messages
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reports
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and make reservations as needed
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
