Position Overview

Culbert's Bakery Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in baking techniques and a passion for creating high-quality baked goods.

Education Requirements

• Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Setting

This position is based in a Bake Shop setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for various baked items including pies, bread, rolls, and pastries, as well as batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, following recipes or specific customer requests.
• Bake a variety of doughs and batters to perfection.
• Decorate and frost cakes and other baked goods.
• Ensure all products meet established quality standards.
• Operate necessary machinery for baking processes.
• Maintain and organize inventory effectively.

Travel Information

Travel expenses will be covered by the employer.

Experience
